**About The Role**:
We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The focus of this role is to analyses existing strategies and structures to determine the most effective changes required to meet customer demands for service excellence and business greater efficiency.

**Duties**:

- Provide insights, findings, recommendations, support, and advice that will result in the achievement of the existing company growth objectives.
- Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process maps to optimise efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Support the business in creating short and medium-term strategic plans.
- Improve customer experience and satisfaction levels by assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies, and plans.
- Building, customizing, automating, and standardizing dashboards and reports that enable leadership to have an analytical and cross-sectional view of the business, supporting strategic decision-making that adds value to the organization.
- Record and analyse organizations' charts, records, reports, SOPs, and job descriptions.
- Identify potential risks.
- Assist the company towards a more efficient organization and developing solutions for organizational problems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Business intelligence tools.
- Proficient in writing systems and procedures
- Delivery-focused individual with strong business, data, and technology skills.
- Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal and written),
- Problem Solving and Attention to Detail
- Analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
- Familiarity with business management software such as CRM and ERP
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
