Ebcon is seeking a physically fit Concrete Team Leader to join us on our Local Government projects, working on Kerb, Gutters, Footpaths and Asphalt Patches across Sydney Region.

The Team Leader would majorly be running a small crew on concreting projects and occasionally on other variety of smaller jobs where training would be provided. All the work would be related to civil construction and maintenance jobs.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Demonstrated skills and experience running a crew in civil maintenance duties such as excavations, concreting and asphalting.
- Be able to carry out work in accordance with WHS policies and Client requirements.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with the public in high profile areas.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and display good communication skills
- Be able to operate an **Excavator.**:

- **MR Licence or Higher.**:

- White Card, fluent English, be able to read and understand drawings and plans
- Set out levels, form kerbs and gutters, driveways, laybacks and footpaths
- Pour and finish concrete on kerbs, gutters, footpaths, laybacks
- Be able to source Concreters, Form workers & Labourers on bigger jobs

**Major Advantage in Selection**
- Previous experience working on Council Projects
- Very handy and experienced in Concrete and small Asphalt Works as a Team Leader

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
