**Concrete Repair & Patching Specialist**

**The Role**
We’re seeking experienced and self-motivated tradespeople who can work independently or as part of a team, with strong safety awareness, reliability, and performance focus.

**Key Tasks**
- Concrete repair, cancer remediation, patching & spalling repair
- Crack injections & commercial patching
- Waterproofing for commercial & industrial settings using:

- Tremco 350 Liquid Flash
- Torch-on (Tremco)
- Polyurea (Parchem / Tremco / Pacific Urethanes) spray membranes
- Bridge & road repair
- Commercial building rehabilitation

**Highly Regarded Skills**
- Advanced concrete repair skills (**essential**)
- Waterproofing expertise (**highly desirable**)

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: White Card
- **Preferred**: EWP (boom lift), HR licence, First Aid, Confined Spaces ticket
- Physically fit with strong hands - capable of outdoor work
- Own vehicle preferred

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
