We are a dealer of Manitou, Kalmar and Kobelco equipment. We provide after sales service support to a large customer base and our own hire fleet.**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Scheduling field service technician staff including raising and managing repair orders in our computer system.
- In consultation with the Workshop supervisor, book machines into the workshop for repair work to be completed by our workshop service technicians.
- Process service jobs paperwork in readiness for invoicing.
- Coordinate and lodge Warranty claims.
- Assist with preparation and follow up of quotations for service reminders
- Support the Process and distribution of Service Reports and Invoices.
- Preparation and distribution of Service Agreements including managing renewals.
- Assist with preparation and follow up of quotations for services contracts, spares & consumables and upkeep of quotation log.
- Co-ordination of work performed by sub-contractors including raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices.
- Support the Service Team with day to day business activities.
- Spare parts management including maintenance of correct inventory
- General Administration Duties, reception, filing, distribution of mail etc.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Be an excellent communicator, with Customer Service experience.
- Have the ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment.
- Be organised and able to prioritise tasks to meet customer and workshop requirements.
- Demonstrate and maintain workplace health and safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Some mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
