**About the role**:
As a Retail Claims Case Manager, you’ll be responsible for undertaking the assessment and management of a portfolio of long-term claims. This is a great entry point into the Life Insurance industry and will provide you with an opportunity to develop your knowledge of policy terms and conditions, as well as advance your skills in customer care and stakeholder management.
**Important to your success**:
- Experience managing long-term claims or within a claims administration role.
- Previous experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Background in Allied Health, Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation advantageous.
