**Your new company**
A multinational company based in Burnley requires a Depot/IT Coordinator for a minimum 6-Month contract with high chance for extension. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to career development opportunities.

**Your new role**
You will be:

- Maintaining up to date records of all IT Assets, Lease / rental assets in CMDB (ServiceNow)
- Configuring, Imaging & wiping PCs
- Conducting monthly asset audits of stock items for data accuracy
- Maintaining IT Store Inventory, managing the Life Cycle of all IT Assets and consumables
- Receiving Goods, Verify Bill of Material, Asset Tagging, Updating Asset data & providing update to finance
- Conducting minor PC repairs for broken cases
- Following up with vendors for all the pending material delivery against the released PO
- Coordinating for scrapping/lease returns after necessary approvals
- Conducting regular inventory of stock checks

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with hardware repairs, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience liaising with vendors
