Job Opportunity: Vehicle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Yard Hand / Vehicle Coordinator. This position will be based at our South Melbourne location.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and serviced prior to being handed over to customers.
  • They will also be responsible for controlling and maintaining the depot carpark, ensuring it is neat and tidy.
  • Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required.
  • Completion of inspection photos for vehicles.
  • Inspect and review accident-repaired vehicles.
  • Organize the depot at the end of each day, ensuring vehicles are parked securely.
  • Assist stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups and drops-off.
  • Receive and prepare new vehicles, including installation of telematic devices.

This role requires a full driver's license, valid in Australia, and intermediate level computer skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong can-do attitude, able to work autonomously and in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail is also essential.
