We are looking for people with **fantastic customer service and telephone skills** to help us improve the customer experience for several luxury automotive brands.

Op2ma is a leading consulting and technology provider to the automotive retail industry. Our clients include auto dealers, auto manufacturers and auto financiers. We have projects in 13 countries and are based in Adelaide.

The purpose of the role is to support our various business units in a variety of programs with a key focus on providing outstanding customer service. Your previous professional experience must include at least one of the following:

- **Customer Service roles - Agent/Support/Specialist**:

- **Lead generating calls**:

- **Appointment setting calls**:

- **Concierge services**

There are several roles available with flexible working arrangements. Work type - part-time, casual, including generous hourly rate. We can support people who need flexible hours. No weekend and after-hours work.

To be successful in the position you must have exceptional relationship-building and communications skills, a pleasant, positive and passionate personality and have a real drive to succeed.

As well, you must have:

- Clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills,
- Outstanding professional telephone customer service skills,
- Ability to build rapport and engage with current and potential customers,
- Effective problem-solving and prioritising skills,
- Excellent attention to detail,
- Sound computer skills including CRM experience,
- Ability to work unsupervised,
- Business-level verbal and written English skills, and be
- Self-motivated and driven by exceeding targets and KPIs

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
