Do you want to work at the intersection of marketing and technology? We are partnering with a leading Australian retailer to develop world-class media analytics and intelligence capability. We are looking for someone to help our retail partner leverage campaign analytics to better understand campaign performance and in turn, enhance the media planning process.

We have an onsite team of 13 currently working with our retail client, and we have big plans to expand over the next 12 months It's the largest onsite team at IRI outside of our headquarters in the US.

**Your responsibilities**:
You will lead the Media client account, delivering against the agreed growth targets. Managing a high performing team, you will build and maintain strong and effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensure excellence in the service provided to clients Media team.

You will have the opportunity to work with an unparalleled array of datasets (scan, market read, shopper panel and customer data) all encompassed on IRI's proprietary platform. Using the latest technology in the industry, you will help shape and deliver how data, insights and technology is used to drive growth across the FMCG landscape.

You will become a trusted business partner to the client by providing valuable performance insights that will further support their business goals. You will have the opportunity to:

- Work closely with the client, in order to identify their needs and objectives, and propose solutions that will grow and maintain revenue
- Deliver high quality analyses across multiple data sets to provide valuable campaign performance insights that will further support their business objectives
- Demonstrate excellence in analytical approach, incorporating multiple datasets as available (POS, panel, loyalty and transaction)
- Effectively support your team in the delivery of quality and timely data, reporting, analytics, consulting and other deliverables
- Inspire, motivate and develop the team to achieve high performance
- Utilise the performance review process to create and maintain an engaged team

**We're looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or similar
- 7+ years' experience in media insights within a media or FMCG market research agency
- Strong understanding of media measurement, consumer segmentation, scan or shopper data
- Previous experience leading a team
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen, and the ability to recognise and procure revenue generating opportunities
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to execute the plan
