**The opportunity**

As the Insights & NPS Consultant you will have day-to-day responsibility for the development and execution of customer insight projects and the NPS system (powered by Medallia), working collaboratively with business unit stakeholders. You will work within the Insights & NPS team that support Bupa achieve its strategic objective of becoming the most customer-centric healthcare company in the world

**This is a permanent full-time position (part-time is considered), based in Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Lead the engagement and management of projects being run through Bupa’s online customer community
- Support the NPS System within Bupa (powered by Medallia), including the ability to program and manage ad hoc survey programs
- Support the communication of insights across Bupa, championing our customer-led culture.
- Support the customer analytics and reporting agenda for Bupa

**What do I need?**

As the Insights and NPS Consultant, you need a degree in Marketing or a related business field, and its an asset to have done post graduate studies.

It is ideal that you must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in areas such as;
- Customer Insights projects
- Working with research agencies
- Managing Internal and External Stakeholders
- Most importantly you must understand the research principles and be able to analyst the customer data to report it through story telling
