Newly Created Strategic Recruitment Manager Opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity for a Strategic Recruitment Manager.

Reporting to the GM, People & Culture you will be responsible for leading an experienced recruitment and mobilisation team both within WA and Interstate.

Key deliverables will include:

- Designing and developing the strategy for recruitment and resourcing
- Leading the National recruitment and mobilisation teams
- Supporting the creation, development and implementation of the Employee Value Proposition
- Managing the search and selection for International based recruitment
- Executive reporting and data analysis

This is an opportunity to further consolidate your strategic experience within talent and resourcing with the ability to influence change and implement best practice. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of contemporary recruitment practices, possess knowledge of current recruitment trends and insights within the local and Australian market, and have previously succeeded in creating high performing teams and engaged stakeholders. You will be innovative in your approach, methodical in your thinking and thrive within a reactive, high volume business.
