MSI Australia is the only nationally accredited provider of abortion, contraception and vasectomy services, and the country's longest-running provider of tele-abortion.

Our clinics and telemedicine services provide support for over 25,000 clients per year. MSI Australia operates a network of 10 clinics, a national telemedicine service providing comprehensive termination of pregnancy, vasectomy services from 25 locations and national family planning support.

**Position purpose**
The Website and Publication Manager will contribute to MSI Australia better engaging our key stakeholders: clients, medical practitioners, community partners, MSI Australia employees (particularly our Nursing Managers & Doctors), consumer advocates, government officials and donors. The Website and Publication Manager will work to reach these groups convincingly in line with our brand and service value propositions to deliver social impact.

**Key Accountabilities**

**_Graphic Design_**
- Conceptualise, develop and rollout brand guides and elements,
- Maintain brand integrity across assets and ensure clients always receive the most up-to-date medical information as reviewed by our Medical Director.
- Work with key business stakeholders to capture requirements and implement changes to paper-based medical records,
- Where necessary, undertake design research, provide concept design and undertake creative development,
- Provide support to our clinics, pharmaceutical and fundraising organisations, by developing collateral such as pamphlets, infographics, annual reports and client packs,
- Ensure design accessibility is in line with WCAG 2.0AA & other best practice frameworks.

**_Digital Management and Development_**
- Ensure timely maintenance and support of all core business websites,
- Management of Domain names and DNS,
- Oversee CMS administration,
- Provide multimedia and digital design expertise across all aspects of the business, including front-end development for internal management,
- Regularly audit and assessment of analytics, polls and user testing to ensure the optimisation of end-user experience,
- Provide website design support including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and lead on website projects.
- Create mockups and wireframes to visualise website design and layout,
- Contribute to the development of eDM and social media campaigns, through template design and strategic design knowledge and expertise,
- Execute design elements and manage the technical component of online/digital marketing requirements,
- Provide expertise in creating multimedia digital content such as video, animation, and infographic production.

**_Stakeholder Management_**
- Deliver on-budget, quality design services and account management to internal clients within the agreed timeframe,
- Work with your internal network to develop advantageous and successful creative concepts to influence and impact campaign and communication efforts,
- Manage internal stakeholders and external supplier stakeholder relationships,
- Contribute to strategic campaign planning and development in partnership with Marketing & Public Affairs,
