**In this full time role you will**:

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and high quality supports by leading a team of support workers in one of our SIL accommodation houses.
- Build and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Be “hands-on”, leading by example and supporting your team.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks and documentation in the residence.
- Attend and organise regular house and team meetings.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in a similar role as a team leader in a residential setting.
- Confidence to work with clients who display behaviours of concern.
- Strong accountability and problem solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work full time hours, with a variety of shifts rostered across the week.
- Relevant industry background checks, or willingness to obtain them.
