This leading family-owned Aged Care provider is currently searching for a Residential Manager to supervise and control the daily operations of a 121-bed facility located in
**Cranbourne **East Melbourne.

Work with an organisation focused on developing their people and building their workforce capabilities to ensure high-quality care for all staff and residents is provided.

**The Role**
- Manage day to day operations of a 121-bed modern aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Cranbourne

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
