We are looking for support workers in south east.

WE Elevate support care is an NDIS registered Disability Services provider operating across Victoria and is urgently hiring casual support workers for our clients living in the South-Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas in Victoria.

WE Elevate support care provides flexible and consistent rostered hours every week. This position will see you providing practical, physical, and emotional support to people with disabilities in a home or residential setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to impact and empower people to maximise their independence positively. It allows you to work with a range of clientele, which will enhance your knowledge and level of expertise.

About You:
Current Federal Employment Police Check
Minimum 6 months of paid experience (preferred)
Current AHPRA Registration
Current CPR Certificate
Current Flu Vaccination Certificate
Fully Covid vaccinated
MUST DRIVE and hold Australian driver’s license and access to own car
Compassion and genuine empathy for the elderly.
