**About the role**:

- Identify and ensure guest needs, wants and expectations are met across both the Restaurant and Banqueting spaces
- Communicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist across all services including Lounge Bar, in-room dining, poolside service
- Communicate effectively with all departments including Kitchen, Front Office and Conference & Events to ensure a positive guest experience

**About you**:

- 2 years of demonstrated supervisory experience in Banqueting and/or Restaurant operations
- Assist in leading and training a team of Food and Beverage Attendants
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and the visual appeal is maintained
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced establishment
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- A current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
