**CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT**

We are looking for two Beverage & Food Supervisors to join two of our venues - our signature restaurant, The Lex, or our poolside bar, WET Deck. In this role, you will work closely with the B&F Managers to lead the team in providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to our guests. The Talent we are looking for must have:

- Outstanding guest service skills
- Experience in supervising a large team
- Amazing attention to detail
- A strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in a high volume fast-paced restaurant
