**Job Description**:
Bring your passion for fine food and culinary service excellence to Suzette, Sofitel Brisbane Central’s flagship restaurant. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create magnifique moments and experiences for our guests. Suzette is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and offers an exquisite buffet and a la carte dining.

**What you will be doing**:

- Deliver superb food and beverage service and cousu main experiences to hotel guests
- Assist in leading and training a team of food and beverage attendants
- Ensure luxury service is delivered with a French flair, meeting the Sofitel brand standards
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Exceed guest expectations with your service, product knowledge and charm
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.

**Qualifications**:
**What we want from you**:

- Flexibility to work mornings and evenings on a rotating roster with full availability on weekends and public holidays
- At least one year previous experience in a supervisory role
- A luxury service focused personality and a real passion for everything food and beverage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Polished food and beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning and clearing
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- A high level of personal presentation aligning with our brand standard
- A team player with the ability to work efficiently.
