We have an exciting new opportunity for a vibrant Food and Beverage professional to join our team as a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Reporting to our Food & Beverage Manager & Assistant Managers and with a hands on approach, you will run the operations in all our F&B outlets, as well as inspiring the food and beverage team to create memorable and unique experiences for the customers visiting our hotel.

**Job Description**:
In this role you will:

- In liaison with F&B management leaders, be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar
- Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests’ expectations and Heartist Service philosophy
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations, events.
- Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
- Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.

**Qualifications**:
What are we looking for?
- Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in food & beverage operations within a dynamic and busy environment
- A genuine caring approach that creates engage our guests
- A creative flair and a natural ability to generate ideas to improve the business
- The ability to work within a team and build report with all departments in the business
- Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
- Projects a professional image through presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to think on their feet and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English on a business level; additional languages are a plus
- A high standard of grooming and presentation
- Availability to work on a seven days rotating roster AM and PM shifts (breakfast and dinner).
