Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Prostitution Licensing Authority meetings and hearings; prepare meeting agenda, papers and minutes; arrange appointments; manage witnesses and other secretariat duties
- Manage professional business support, including organising meetings, basic human resource and finance transactions, maintain and manage office stores, equipment and assets
- Maintain high level professional, discrete and confidential administrative support including word processing, electronic diary and appointment management, and call and office visitor reception
- Prioritise correspondence, determine appropriate allocation, and implement sound records management systems and procedures
- Undertake assigned work packages, projects and other general duties relating to the operational requirements of the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority
