Key responsibilities
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Working within the Marketing and Communications team, provide a professional and creative design service to support the team's digital marketing and content strategies in promoting the Division's public transport programs, projects and services.
- Provide creative solutions, concepts as well as assets for a range of digital and print media.
- Contribute to the development of digital and multimedia material including video, photography, web and social media graphics, simple animations and a range of digital assets for social media and web-based platforms.
- Work independently or collaboratively as required, to execute and complete projects from a brief and initial concept through to final production while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
- Liaise and provide advice on the design and production of materials to suit the marketing and communication needs.
- Operate industry standard design, publishing, and video editing systems (such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Suite etc.)
- Actively engage in a team environment and positive culture, by demonstrating our core values, celebrating success, and committing to continued learning and development.
- Maintain a strong awareness of current and emerging trends within digital design to deliver creative solutions which focus on a positive, informative, and engaging brand experience for a range of different audiences and stakeholders.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.

- Manage the development of internal and external graphic design and multimedia material and assets to support Translink's key public transport strategies and programs.
- Prioritise projects and tasks efficiently, in line with team commitments; Seeks and shares customer feedback to support the refinement of planned activities.
- Shares and seeks creative ideas, suggestions and data to inform the delivery of services; Actively participates in the design of new solutions and new ways of working.

- Upholds integrity through responsible management and use of processes and resources; Evaluates possible solutions and takes appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
