To be successful for this role,
**your CV will need to reflect on following skill-set**:

- Immaculate communications skills both written and verbal;
- Detailed experience involving the establishment of the PMO office from start within large, complex and ambiguous environments;
- Detailed experience across establishment of governance and risk management within the PMO office;
- Demonstrated experience in establishing project status reporting and project cadence on an end to end basis;
- Experience with Waterfall methodology as well as Agile (waterfall is more important);
- Highly detailed involvement in stakeholder management both within the project office as well as larger business units such as IT, finance and HR functions.

Highly desirable experience:

- Experience within Large Education / NSW government / Big4 Consulting is highly advantageous but not essential;
- Experience with project transformation of SAP HR toolsets into SuccessFactors cloud HCM is desirable but not essential

You will be joining a large complex multi year transformation program which is designed to transform all HCM functions including payroll from SAP HR into SuccessFactors.

They are in the process of establishing the PMO office and have a number of senior experienced stakeholders that will be providing support to you in this position.

The expected experience is for you to have previous detailed hands-on involvement in establishing the PMO office from scratch within a large, complex environment with a lot of ambiguity.

You will need to be highly experienced across project / PMO risk and governance functions, as well as having experience within project status reporting, project cadence and be extremely good at stakeholder management.

It is ideal that you have worked within large Education / NSW government organizations or one of the big4 consulting organizations assisting the clients in the establishment of the PMO office.
