**Job Summary**: You ideally have some prior accounting experience. You are passionate about accounting and have high career ambitions. You are eager to learn and improve your accounting experience. You want to join a finance team of well-established business and will be involved in day-to-day accounting.

**Reporting Relationship**:

- Shared Services Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
- Issuing invoices to customers and processing vendor invoices.
- Liaising with Operations team and responding to clients and vendor queries.
- Allocating bank receipts from customers.
- Preparing weekly aged receivables report.
- Processing fortnightly payroll.
- Following up with customers for overdue balances.
- Administration duties including answering phone calls.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Must have very good MS Excel skills.
- Preferably some experience of accounting and finance processes.
- Experience with an accounting system preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Self-motivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
- Eager to improve and learn new finance and accounting tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
