They are seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join their amazing team of 4 due to significant expansion in their business. You will have a wide range of duties and report into the Accounts Payable manager, including:
- Processing daily bank transfers and weekly payment runs
- Attend to and process business support activities such as queue management, enquiries, coding invoices
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage and support internal and external stakeholder queries in line with process and policy
- Processing daily bank transfers and weekly payment runs
- Assess and approve staff reimbursement claims
- Assist with ad hoc finance admin duties.
This opportunity would suit an individual looking to progress their career, and ideally have previous experience in reception to be considered for this fantastic position. You must be problem-solving oriented, have outstanding communication skills, and be task focused.
