**The Role**

As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide appropriate superior customer service & support to all inbound & internal enquiries with a will do can do attitude.
- Must have a complete understanding of all requirements for your allocated portfolio to maintain and build strong relationships with all Customers and internal departments.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently,
- Enter data into SAP.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Skills to deal with complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
- SAP experience not required but ideal.
- Microsoft office suite - excel.
