Our client has developed a reputation for producing some of Australia's Best Hop-Forward Beers in a very impressive time frame. Crafting high quality and consistently fresh beer has lead to winning many awards and earned them the status as one of Australia’s most popular independent breweries
With exponential popularity, market demands and growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join their Victorian team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Building long-term, strategic relationships with customers to deliver outstanding service across on and off-premise trade
- Consistently hitting sales targets, business KPI's and building client list
- Hosting promotional activities and participating in trade events
- Being the face and and ambassador of your designated territory and helping grow market presence and brand awareness
- Ensure execution of the commercial, promotional & strategic plans
- Recognise new customer opportunities and competitor threats/challenges
- Ensure marketing initiatives are being delivered and maximised
- Manage a geographical territory and journey planner
- Effective use of internal CRM and maintain clean data
- Use data insights to create growth across existing and new customers
**Key Attributes**:
- A love of great high-quality beer and/or liquor
- A passion for the craft beer industry, understanding the importance of independent, Australian-owned craft breweries in the industry
- Grow an established client base and create new business opportunities
- A commitment to helping grow a positive and collaborative culture
- Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate previous success in a similar role
- Current Australian driver’s licence
