**About the role**:
**6 month opportunity (17/3/2025 - 19/9/2025)**

Reporting to the Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Consultant will be the first point of contact for existing customers with general delivery and account enquiries. Responsible for asking effective questions to quickly and decisively determine customer needs, resulting in 1st call resolution.

- Acting as an Origin advocate by promoting Origin as a leading energy provider and delivering good quality customer service to existing Origin customers
- Responding to all enquiries using appropriate Process documents or transferring to the appropriate department
- Being adept at a variety of services including but not limited to: Placing gas orders, Assisting customers with delivery information, Billing + Collections, Payments, Cross selling Origin products

**What will you bring?**
- Similar experience in a specialist customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, including delivery of information, negotiation, effective questioning, and effective listening
- Confidence with objection handling
- Results orientated with ability to meet targets
