They are now seeking to appoint a new Head of Microenterprise Development who is responsible for their Micro Enterprise development business, including designing and implementing their strategies and business plan objectives and targets for the MED business with the CEO. This key role is responsible for contributing to the broader organizational strategy and will be accountable for people management, financial performance and the overall goals and targets for the MED business.
You will also;
- Lead and develop the MED team to function effectively and cohesively, responding to the additional challenges of a geographically dispersed team.
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive team to help develop their strategy, current and future planning and operationalizing the same.
- Be responsible for developing organizational and people capabilities, policies and processes to deliver against the organization’s strategic plan.
- Be responsible for all aspects of the MED operations in each operating Region, ensuring that Many Rivers deliver against contracted outcomes.
- Present for them at external events and other key opportunities
- Build a strong team culture of innovation, evaluation and learning.
You will be a seasoned business professional who is strongly aligned to the Christian values of this organisation, who has proven senior management experience either in for profit or not-for-profit sectors, knows how to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders and has a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles where you have achieved sustainable business growth and been responsible for overall business development.
