We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join either the Port Melbourne or Ermington (Sydney) team. This is a full-time position within a supportive and close-knit team.CCS’ Quality Test Analyst will report to the Quality Assurance Test PL who in turn reports into the Head of Delivery for CCS Australia.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans, test cases and test data
- Administering tests on existing software products to find limitations and faults
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults
- Adhering to and updating established quality assurance processes
- Participating in the delivery process including test estimation
- Writing and updating user documentation and operational procedures
- Testing integrity of new products in a networked environment
- Identify unnecessary components and risks
- Analysing documents to determine testing requirements, testing scope and test data
- Analysis of systems and processing requirements

**What will you bring to the role?**

You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of testing techniques, approaches, and methods
- Experience with defect reporting and management
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies: Waterfall, Iterative and Agile
- Strong written and verbal communication at all levels of stakeholders.

**Desired qualifications and skills**:

- Degree in Information/ Computer Systems and/ or ISTQB foundation certificate is desirable
- Technical experience in the following technologies will be advantageous:

- Visual Studio Test Professional
- Microsoft Office
- SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience with Automation frameworks and tools - Selenium\Specflow
