Position 1: Technology Architect

Detailed Job Description :

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 12+ years of total IT industry experience.
  • At least 8 years in implementing Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M.
  • Must possess knowledge of all functional modules in CCS/CCB/C2M end-to-end.
  • Must possess knowledge of OUAF framework and config tools.
  • Very good understanding of Oracle CCS Product Architecture, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
  • Aware of OCI, OIC and other SAAS nuances in the context of Oracle CCS.
  • Ability to drive independent discussion and workshops with client in large complex transformation programs.
  • Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Swear Water Domain).
  • Familiarity with process integration of CCS with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, Field work systems, MDM, GIS, etc.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and delivery management background.
  • Experience of leading design teams, working with client teams/SMEs and guiding them through the project life cycle.
  • Reviewing the designs of junior team members with an acumen for gauging end-to-end system impact.

Position 2: Technology Analyst

Detailed Job Description:

  • Candidates should have a strong background in playing a technical lead role in implementing Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and C2M/CCS across Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution for Electric, Gas and Water services.
  • Should have experience as CC&B Technical designer and developer role for 6+ years.
  • Must have worked in at least 2 implementations of CC&B/MDM/C2M/CCS End to End projects.
  • Must Have Skills: Oracle CCS, Oracle CC&B, MDM, C2M
  • Nice to Have Skills: Oracle cloud, Oracle DB
  • Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Contract to shoulder and execute
  • Should be able to lead design, build, test and deploy technical solutions in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS with proficiency in RICE (Reports, Interface, Conversions and Extensions)
  • Should guide the development of technical design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
  • Should be able to develop complex technical design documents from the Functional specification documents and customize the code to meet requirements for projects in this area.
