Talent International is searching for experienced Test Manager to join our client in the healthcare industry. This is an initial 6-month contract based in South Brisbane.
**About the Role**:
The core aspects of this role are:

- Drive planning and co-ordination of test stages (including System, System integration, business focused testing, performance testing, penetration testing, user acceptance, data migration, production validation testing phases)
- Manage the administration of test scripting for a group of technical and business testers
- Produce timely reporting on all aspect of testing inclusive of status dashboards for executive reporting, detailed reports for technical teams and contribute to risk/issue reporting
- Clear, consistent, and robust test tracking and burn down reporting (utilising Jira)
- Ensure the business can meet compliance standards (e.g., NATA) through demonstrating evidence of effective test coverage, robust testing processes and clear success metrics for testing
- Manage the prioritisation of defects as per vendor contract
- Effectively track defect resolution status and lead activities, meetings, and reports (utilising Jira)
- Work with the project manager to define and build an effective test team to ensure the system is safe and fit for purpose
- Mentor and support a group technical and business focused testers

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Significant test management experience in large and complex organisations
- Strong skills and experience in utilising Jira as a test management tool
- Experience in health projects is a minimum with ideally LIS project experience
- An understanding of health integration (including HL7) testing is a minimum
- Experience with MS teams ideal
- High level communication skills with technical, business and project resources
