**About the client**
Our client are a global professional services firm that are leaders in their field. You would be working for a company that has an exceptional track record in excellence and innovation. They are seeking a Test Manager to step into this role and drive quality improvement across their internal and digital customer facing systems.
- As the right person for this role, you will have a passion for quality and process improvement.**What you will be doing**:
- Responsible for the planning, coordinator and control of test activities across all test phases.
- Creating test strategies and test processes
- Identify defects and bugs across the program
- Motivate and lead the testing team
**Your background**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Experience with API testing
- Familiarisation with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong analysis and strategic problem solving skills
- Experience with automation testing (desired)
