**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Tester and Test Manager** to join our team and assist in delivering high-quality ICT project outcomes. This role requires expertise in both **functional** and **non-functional testing**, including test automation, and involves coordinating test development, execution, and reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- **Functional Testing**: Perform **System Integration Testing (SIT)**, **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**, **Production Verification Testing (PVT)**, and **Regression Testing**.
- **Non-Functional Testing**: Conduct **security**, **performance**, **load**, and **stress testing**.
- **Test Preparation**: Review, update, and enhance pre-existing test cases and test data as needed.
- **Test Execution**: Execute tests in both **non-Production** and **Production** environments, recording results in the **Test Management tool** (MS Azure DevOps).
- **Defect Logging & Triage**: Log defects and participate in defect triage and resolution processes.
- **UAT Coordination**: Coordinate and document user testing activities.
- **Automation Development**: Develop a suite of test automation scenarios for **regression** and **Production Verification Testing (PVT)**.
- **Mentoring**: Provide guidance and mentorship to business SMEs on testing methodologies and best practices.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver test status updates, including **test summary reports**.

**Requirements**:

- **ITSQB Foundation Level Testing Certificate**.
- Experience with **technologies and ICT infrastructure** in a large, complex environment.
- **Project experience** with the ability to contribute to project outcomes.
- Knowledge of **testing methodologies** and experience using tools like **Azure DevOps**.
- Understanding of **PRINCE2** and **Agile methodologies**.
- Experience in **web technologies** is desirable.
- Strong **communication** and **analytical skills**.
- Specialized skills in **penetration**, **security**, **performance**, **load**, and **stress testing**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
