Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**IT Test Manager** to design, develop and enhance the Test Automation framework for Infrastructure Automation toolset.

**About The Role**:

- Develop test strategy and plan and test cases
- Manage testers to the test plan
- Manage defect reporting and resolution and report on test execution progress.
- Develop and maintain the regression suites
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as architects, tech leads, product owners/managers and scrum teams to identify test scope
- Provide test estimates and report and prepare test schedules

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Experience as a Senior Automation Test Analyst/Automation Test
- Experience with TFS Systems
- Good knowledge of CICD pipelines
- PowerShell automation scripting
- Artifactory repository
- Automated Unit, Functional Testing and Integration using MsTest
- Experience with Visual Studio code and C# solution
