**About the Role**

The Major Projects Communications and Engagement Facilitator will work across the Programs & Project Management Office to develop, coordinate, facilitate and evaluate a variety of engagement activities and provide expert advice and assistance in relation to communicating messages via social and traditional media, developing strategic campaigns, identifying and collaborating with stakeholders and influencing change (through appropriate internal channels).

Reporting to the Manager Programs & Project Management Office the core responsibilities of the role include:

- Providing quality advice and support to the Manager, Team Leaders and Project Owners on effective communications
- Facilitating internal and external engagement programs
- Supporting business wide change programs relating to project management

**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communication or other related field or lesser formal qualifications with extensive and diverse work experience.
- Strong strategic approach to communication activities and complex issues.
- Experience managing and motivating a small team to meet key milestones and deliverables
- Confidence to work independently and drive engagement with team
- Significant demonstrated prior experience and expertise in supporting multiple complex projects
