**About the role**
Reporting to the Team Leader - Culture & Employee Experience, this role will help shape our inclusive, safe and diverse work environment and ensure our employee experience is one where employees love where they work. Support the team to deliver plans and programs which will provide an exceptional people experience that drives greater engagement, diversity, inclusion, retention and attraction.
Core responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of organisation-wide initiatives which support improvements in organisational culture, performance, attraction and retention, diversity & inclusion and employee experience
- Deliver programs and projects which implement improvements to our employee experience and support an aligned workplace culture
- Review, monitor and evaluate programs and approaches to ensure they are meeting their desired outcomes
- Strong project management focus and strong stakeholder engagement
- Work closely in the Diversity and Inclusion portfolio to develop and implement activities to support and sustain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Contribute to employee engagement and employee lifecycle survey including design, implementation, reports, feedback and action planning
- Contribute to the review of existing Shire programs, policies and frameworks to enable greater employee experience and aligned culture
- Provide advice and support across the organisation to improve employee experience and aligned workplace culture.
**About you**
- Hold or working towards tertiary qualification in human resources or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a human resources or organisational development role
- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and managing organisational development programs
- Current Drivers licence and Working with Children Check.
