**About our client**:
Our client is an employment services provider that offers job search support and training to disadvantaged jobseekers. Through the delivery of several Federal Government funded programs, this organisation focuses on curating relationships across local communities, with a goal of improving employment outcomes and in turn the lives of disadvantaged people.

**About the role**:
As the Team Leader, you will primarily be supporting the Employment Consultants, assisting with the complex cases and driving the site performance. Using your polished mentoring skills you will be able to get the best results out of a committed team.

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with management experience with experience in the Employment Services sector who strives to achieve their goals and has a proven track record in performance. If you have previously worked as a manager and have experience of contracts such as Jobactive, Workforce Australia, ParentsNext, TTW or Disability Employment Services, this may be the role for you

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Senior Employment Consultant or Assistant Site Manager, to work for a values based not-for-profit organisation that is making a difference to the lives of many people.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in a management/leadership role (can be outside of the sector)
- Previous/current employment services contract experience such as Jobactive, Workforce Australia, ParentsNext, TTW or Disability Employment Services
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills particularly in negotiation, relationship management and influencing
- An understanding of the contractual and operational environment of the Employment Services sector, in particular compliance frameworks, service delivery and managing stakeholder relationships
- The ability to drive performance and keep a team motivated in challenging circumstances
- The ability to obtain a current clear Police Check and Working with Children Check
