We have an exciting opportunity for a **Graduate - Sales Support**to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is an entry-level role where you will support the sales team with day-to-day tasks, help with customer communications, and assist with various sales and marketing activities. It's a great opportunity to learn the basics of sales and marketing within a growing technology company.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
- Help to maintain, manage and improve our CRM system to track leads, ensure workflow and improve processes
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Assist with organising events, campaigns, and customer outreach
- Help with communications and requirements of marketing materials
- Work with the sales team to ensure customers' needs are met
- Assist with cold calling and establishing client relationships
- Provide general support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

**Your qualifications and experience**
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in sales of technology and business solutions
- Ability to work well in a team and liaise with stakeholders
- Prior experience in a technology environment would be of advantage
