This immediate opportunity suits a driven, professional and ambitious recent university graduate with a proven track record being a high performer.
**The Role**
Your primary objective on your first year is to LEARN. Shadowing the best salespeople in the US and learning from them. You will also have the chance to spend time in their USD$200M HQ for 3-6 months and meet the amazing team
Once the 3-6 month US training is done, you will then be responsible for developing new business in the Melbourne region. Selling the company’s materials handling solution direct to the end-users such as logistics, food and beverage, and other industrial manufacturing companies. Speaking to warehouse managers, owners, C-level executives and discussing how you can make their operation more efficient and providing them a turnkey solution and service maintenance.
You will be working closely with the Sales Manager who will provide you further training and mentorship.
**Important**:
After initial induction locally, you will fly out for 6 months to the US to complete full company training and onboarding in their global HQ in Milwaukee - while spending time in key locations such as New York & LA. All expenses (flights & accommodation) paid A true once in a lifetime opportunity.
- Seeking someone who is self-motivated, well organised with a positive attitude. You will driven by achieving success and making excellent money.
- We are looking for someone who is not afraid to cold call and build relationship.
You will be rewarded with a highly competitive package with a base salary of up to $70-80k + 20k car allowance + Super + Laptop and a generous/uncapped bonus structure.
