**About the Role**
**To be successful in this role you will have:**
- The ability to gather information from a range of stakeholders to develop effective case management strategies
- Experience in preparing and attending claims reviews and clinical case conferences to effectively facilitate outcomes
- Leadership and team management experience especially coaching and mentoring staff to be performing at their best
- Well-developed problem solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail
- Advanced organisational and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and perseverance
- Strong customer service ethic
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Initiative and an innovative approach to managing Mental Injuries.
**Required Expertise**
- Formal qualifications and experience in a relevant Allied Health profession e.g. Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Mental Health Nurse, Counsellors and the like.
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to mental injuries
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
