**About the Role**

We’re looking for a skilled tradesperson to provide aftercare and minor maintenance repairs to our installed products. This is a hands-on role ideal for a cabinet maker or similar trade professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll be the face of our business in customers’ homes, ensuring every issue is resolved with care and precision. You’ll also use digital tools to communicate with our factory teams, helping us maintain seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments on installed kitchens, stone benchtops, and glazing products (e.g. shower screens, robes).
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a solution-first mindset.
- Use mobile apps and digital tools to report service outcomes and communicate with internal teams.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in line with WHS standards.

**About You**
- Trade background in cabinet making or similar (minimum 3 years’ experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and apps for reporting.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and White Card.
