Located in Smeaton Grange we are a well-established business (established 1999) specializing in warranty, spares and after-sales services for many major national retailers here in Australia and NZ. We seek a person that is looking for long term secure position, we are not saying you need to commit to a life sentence but stability is sort.

Call centre based you will be working in a busy environment, the job can be at times stressful and challenging. You must have a proven established profession customers service background for this position or do not apply. Some Australian consumers, sadly, think it is their right to abuse, swear, talk over, name call and so on during some conversations that may become heated. You must have negotiating skills, logic and be level headed to take on such situations, take control, calm the consumer (if possible) and find a solution to the issue at hand - most of all you must be thick skinned and not take anything to heart. The staff here will teach you how to laugh off these types of callers. So - still interested??

You must be handy and logical thinking; the biggest part of this job is trouble shooting. We take a lot, and I mean a lot of flat packed furniture calls - you need to be able to understand how this process works and talk people through issues when they call, we also cover outdoor play equipment, tools, electrical, fitness equipment plus more - you will be trained but you must have fundamental understanding to start with.

The up side to this is you will be working with a fantastic bunch of work colleges that love to have a laugh, play practical jokes and make the day go by. Also, as a boss I understand the work environment must be a place you want to come to work to and we have some nice “additives” to make this happen.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and every third Saturday 9am to 3pm. Initial salary offered is slightly over award for the first 3 month trial period then adjustment can be made to reflect your abilities - (Saturdays are additional to base salary). If this is for you, please send your resume.
