Pickles Schoolwear is looking for a Junior Retail Customer Service Assistant for our Smeaton Grange Retail Outlet to work from December to February_. _If you have a strong focus on customer service, the ability to multi-task and like working in a fast-paced environment come and join our dedicated team.

You will need the following.
- Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points - in store, online and via phone.
- Efficiently and accurately process sales on our POS system and help process online orders.
- Assist with deliveries, unpacking, arranging stock and filing shelves - lifting is required.
- Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S).
- Ensure store presentation is maintained with daily cleaning, folding garments and uphold company visual merchandising standards. Among other varied tasks.
- To be successful in this position you will need:

- Have a customer service focus with friendly helpful attitude.
- Great communication skills and be able to multitask and follow up with customer enquiries.
- Be flexible and adaptable for working in a fast paced, changeable environment.
- Should be of smart, neat appearance and have a can do attitude.
- Be able to stand for long periods with lifting involved.
- Working with children check.
- Drivers Licence an advantage.
- Experience in fashion/clothing industry highly regarded.
- Flexibility with hours during busy periods.
- Must be able to work Saturday’s.

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.55 - $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

- Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
