As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Development Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers wanting to book in for their services and repairs.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Answering phone enquiries
- Booking services and vehicle repairs
- Outbound service reminder calls

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Experience in a phone based customer service role or similar
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Work independently and as part of a team

**Other things you might like to know**:

- Fulltime position
- No weekend work
- 8 hour day 9.00am and 5.00pm
- 30 min lunch with 2 additional 10 min breaks
- No late shifts
- You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Audi Macarthur dealership.
