**About The Opportunity**

Our Australian Team is Micromine’s biggest and fastest-growing region, and they continuously strive to provide exceptional service to our customers whilst engaging new prospects to maintain our rapid growth. An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a talented Field Marketing Specialist to add value to the team at our Perth CBD office.

Reporting directly to the General Manager (Australia), you will execute local marketing initiatives and programs to drive demand and customer engagement in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to create cohesive local marketing programs.
- Developing and delivering local marketing campaigns to drive demand and customer engagement.
- Working with local media outlets and influencers to increase brand awareness and increase demand.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives whilst providing insightful recommendations for enhancement.
- Planning and executing local events and trade shows, including all aspects of logistics, budget management, and reporting.
- Creating, maintaining, and localising marketing assets, including product literature, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

**About You**

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
- Proven field / event marketing expertise, ideally within a B2B technology / SaaS business
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Well-versed in analysing marketing initiative results and recommending improvements
