**What you’ll do
- Support the Group’s Primary Connect+ ambient transport operations team ensuring safety, service delivery, financial performance, and strong carrier relationships.
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve service goals, prioritising safety, load optimisation, and network integrity.
- Identify carrier process failures to assist, support and monitor carriers through the development and implementation of corrective action plans
- Drive the overall performance of the ambient carrier partners and our relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Establish and drive a culture of ‘safety first’ at every opportunity and interaction
- Provide data and commentary on safety and performance for formal carrier reviews when required
- Provide and seek timely and accurate communications processes with Transport Carrier partnersSupport broader business in carrier related projects and initiatives to drive successful adoption

**What you’ll bring
- Extensive logistics experience and experience managing transport carrier performance
- Demonstrated success in leading and driving teams and stakeholder groups to achieve business and operational objectives
- Experience developing, implementing and driving efficiency within business processes
- Australian transport network experience particularly within an FMCG supply chain vendor to DC framework is highly desirable
- A high level of communication, influencing and negotiation skills bringing multiple stakeholders together to align and execute agreed solutions
- Highly competent and versed in safety and CoR regulations
- Ability to work on multiple, concurrent tasks and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelineSolid problem solving and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
