**Location**: 353 Little Bourke Street

**Job Type**: Part-Time/ Full-Time (20-40 hours per week)
**Pay**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Your Role:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build genuine connections with our customers
- Craft top-notch coffee to Cupcake Central’s high standards
- Keep the store sparkling clean and beautifully presented
- Help pack cupcake orders and support day-to-day operations

Who You Are:

- A team player with a strong work ethic and great attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and people
- **Experienced in coffee making (essential)**:

- Previous FOH/hospitality experience preferred
- Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Schedule:

- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability required
