King William is an epic little sandwich shop on Flinders Lane in the CBD.

7:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri

Working in a small team with opportunities to grow your duties will include:

- Provide FOH service in the daily operation of the retail shop/s
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Some basic food finishing with support from the Back of House (BOH) kitchen team
- Adherence to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards whilst handling food and beverages.
- In-shop point of sale transactions using an iPad and Square
- Stocking shelves, rotating perishables and handling inventory
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and house-made cordials.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.

The successful applicant will have the following:

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Fast Food, Café, Catering, Retail or Restaurants.
- Excellent personal presentation, time management, organisation and communication skills.
- Current Food Safety and Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificates.
- An Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.

Barista experience will be necessary for this role.
