Since 2017, we have been serving fresh sandwiches (and salads), made by Chefs. Our mission will always be perfecting simplicity, making everyday food exceptional, and creating real growth and opportunity within the industry that we love.

We have three established Delis in Melbourne and we’re opening a fourth space in the Melbourne CBD mid-year. We are calling out for Casual Front of House Team Members to join our sandwich family.

**ABOUT YOU**

Our FOH Team Members are the creators of the Hector’s Deli guest experience. Naturally, you’re a focused person who thrives when interacting with others. This role requires you to be willing and able to jump on the tools in the kitchen and help with sandwich preparation when needed. We’re ideally looking for previous Barista experience in a high-volume venue and an RSA is handy, but not a deal breaker.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
- Taking orders at the till, making recommendations & delighting our guests
- Brewing up & serving perfect coffees
- Running sandwiches/coffees to guests
- Keeping the deli clean & tidy
- Opening/closing the Deli
