We’re looking for a confident and experienced **Barista / FOH Attendant** to join our team in a **casual role**, working across our three Melbourne venues. With casual hours available and varied barista and FOH shifts across the week, this hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-volume service, multitasks with ease, and takes genuine pride in both coffee craft and guest experience.

**What the role involves**:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee to Lune’s standards
- Managing FOH tasks such as POS, plating, packing and guest service
- Multitasking between bar and floor with speed and remaining calm under pressure
- Providing warm, thoughtful and professional service to every guest

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has **at least 2 years’ experience** as a barista and FOH attendant in a busy cafe or restaurant
- Has availability weekdays, weekends and can work across our three venues
- Is confident using high-end coffee equipment
- Thrives in high-volume service without compromising quality or guest experience
- Has strong multitasking skills and enjoys balancing FOH operations with barista work
- Has valid work rights in Australia, with at least 2 years remaining on their visa
